The Movimento Luigi farm will manage the site (e.g. site operation, cookies, e-commerce) and organize the activities related to the virtual store and manage the purchase of products and services from the virtual store.

• for the execution of the contract: By way of example, your Data will be processed for the management of purchase orders, for maintenance and technical assistance, as well as for the purpose of improving the quality of the services offered. The Data will then be processed for the execution of the existing contract with the Data Controller. The provision of data is necessary to allow the establishment and management of the contractual relationship; failing that, it will not be possible for us to execute the contract and provide you with the requested service.
• for marketing purposes Vendita diretta. Subject to your specific consent, Touch Terra may process your Data for sending advertising material or commercial communications relating to any promotions or for market research. The sending of such communications may take place through the use of automated systems (e.g. e-mail, push notifications) and online systems (web, social networks). The Data entered will be used for this processing purpose. The consent given can be revoked at any time, even with reference to automated contact systems only, by writing to info@toccareterra.it Newsletter. The Data provided when subscribing to the newsletter will be used only for the purpose of providing the requested newsletter service. The Data will then be processed for the provision of the service requested from the owner. You may at any time request to cancel your subscription to the newsletter by following the instructions indicated from time to time in each communication made for the purposes referred to in this point.

Data retention period and duration of processing

Your Data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with Touch Earth. Following the termination of the relationship, the Data will be kept for a period corresponding to the need to protect the rights of the owner and for the fulfillment of legal obligations. If they are no longer needed, or for which there is no longer a legal requirement for their conservation, they will be irreversibly anonymized or destroyed in a secure manner.

Banking data

The data relating to your credit card will not be processed on the Touch Earth website as they are processed and/or stored directly by the banking system.
Touch Earth uses professional payment services (PayPal) which ensure the consumer maximum protection and confidentiality.

Cookie

Cookies are simple text files that are stored on the visitor's computer and allow us to record some parameters useful for our system to adapt the site to the user's needs and facilitate its use.

Sharing of personal data

The data collected through browsing the site will not be disseminated , sold or exchanged with third parties except for the hypotheses in which the communication to third parties is necessary for the management of the site as service suppliers.

For the delivery of purchase orders Toccare Terra collaborates with external service companies (GLS courier)

These delivery companies receive the following data from us for the performance of their respective assignment :

• your address where to deliver the purchased goods;
•  your postal number;
• your phone number
